My keyboard stopped working

So I recently bought a new mechaincal keyboard from eblue and it stopped working when i connect it it says "the device you connected malfuncined" I tried everything reconnecting reinstalling drivers disabling enabling device putting it in the different ports but no luck.
Does anyone know what to do?
