The title explains pretty much everything. My keyboard is the Gamakay MK61.
I have tried it on a different computer but nothing changed.
I only see "HID Keyboard Device" on device manager.
Here is a video

In Device Manager > View > is "Show hidden devices" checked?

Specifically "Get-PNPDevice

Reference (Microsoft):

Get-PNPDevice

Objective being to determine if Windows is even aware of the keyboard.

My Logitech K540 keyboard (Bluetooth) appears as:

"OK Keyboard Logitech HID-compliant Unifying keyboard"
