My keyboard won't connect to my pc but mouse does. Monitor enters rest mode.

I just build a new pc and my keyboard won't connect but my mouse will. So mouse 1 connects but my other mouse, mouse 2 has the same problem as my keyboard, 8it just won't connect. And for that reason I can't keep my monitor on to set up windows. Any tips or reasons this isnt working?

USB connections? Windows 10?

Could be a physical connection problem or maybe a driver problem.

Check all internal connections, plugs, card seatings etc.

Try other known working keyboards and mice.
