[SOLVED] My keyboard writes the letter "u" on another button

I've had this problem on my pc for a month and it bothers me too much
when I try to type on the letter Q is displayed U and when I click on U its gives U
and also for Ctrl + V it gives U I tried to change the keyboard language but the problem remains always but on the same button like:
on AZERTY keyboard:
FR keyboard: i click Q -> U, i click U -> U
EN keyboard: i click A -> U, i click U -> U

Any solution please ?

does it happen if you do a clean boot?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

I assume your keyboard doesn't have its own software?
