Question My keybord is not lighting up.

I recently bought a Kogen Gaming keyboard (about 3 months ago) but I was playing some games on my PC and I looked down and only the: F1 F2 F3 1 2 3 4 5 Q W E R A S D G B Home PageUp End and PageDown boutons were lit up and with a weird gray color not the normal rainbow please help me it was quite expensive

So did you check on the preset color schemes and the software to control the lighting to set up the lights again? Or contact support for the keyboard if you already did that?

I've never heard of Kogen keyboards, neither has Google, Bing or DuckDuckGo. A bit odd since it's expensive. Can you provide a link, so we know what keyboard you are talking about?
