Question My KOSS UPS (SYLION S80E)- KEEP BEEPING AND RESTART AFTER PLUG IN OUTPUT?

WITHOUT OUTPUT MY UPS WORKING FINE, AFTER PLUG ON MY COMPUTER SOCKET, MY UPS KEEP BLINKING AND BEEPING ( KIND LIKE A RESTART.)

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT WRONG?

Do you have the User Manual/Guide for the UPS?

I found the following generic manual on Koss's website:

Explain: " AFTER PLUG ON MY COMPUTER SOCKET".

Do you mean that when the computer is plugged into the UPS that is when the blinking and beeping begins?

The User Guide should explain what those blinks and beeps indicate. E.g. dead or failed battery, home electrical problem, or simply misconnected....

Are you using any of the UPSs' monitoring software? Check the voltages and other details presented in the application.

-yes it the right hand side ups is my model.

- Yes, if there no output plug in everything work fine.
