hello there have you scanned your computer for viruses? have you checked your keyboard settings in windows? the best and last solution is to save all your important data and then reformat and reinstall windows on your laptop and see if that fixes everything hope this helps

Have you spilt anything on your keyboard? This is a common cause of the symptoms you are describing.

Let it dry out if it is water, if it is coke or something give it a clean.
