my lap-top is not connecting †σ any network

I will so much be grateful if anyone can assist me. A colleague of my is having problem with her pc lap-top. Anytime she tries connect †σ the network she always get a "no network available" response. I won't mind if anyone can send me a guide through my e-mail on what to do. Thank you.

Most laptops have either a physical switch or a software key-combo (such as Fn+F11_ to turn the wireless card on & off. Please make sure its on.

Other than that you can try and reinstall the drivers but we really would need the laptops specific model# to help in depth.
