Question my laptop acer sf314-41 has a weird power on issue.

my laptop does power on when power adapter is connected for all cases.

[battery fully charged]
my laptop shuts down and powers on normally without the power adapter connected if i have not closed the lid.
if i have closed my lid (sleep mode) once then
1. it does not power on when i open the lid.
2. it does not power on when i press power on button.
3. i cannot force shut down/ restart.
4. if i shut down and close my lid then again the system will not power on unless it is connected to power adapter.

what can be the issue?

Try and disconnect the battery, remove the ram from the laptop(if it's not soldered to the motherboard) then press and hold the power button for 30seconds. Reseat the ram if you're able to remove them, then power on without the battery. If that works, disconnect and try and power on with the battery but not the adapter.
