my laptop always prompt to "are you sure want to move this file to recycle bin open files automatically, please what can i do

Not fully certain about the prompt you are receiving:

Right click the Recycle Bin icon.

Select Properties. Take a look at the configuration settings.

You may need to uncheck "Display delete confimation dialog".
