My laptop and its power light blinking

My laptop is fully charged but yet my power light is blinking whether the laptop is on or shut down. For days my laptop have been shut down and the power light has been blinking

Need more details, brand/mode of system, power light is blinking, is that the only thing that is an issue? Is the battery working normally? Laptop working normally? Charges OK? Is light green or some other color?
