So recentrly i've had very low fps in games that should be running fine like warzone 2 at 50 fps on low.
Bc of this I did a benchmark test and the results were miserable, the main problem seems to be the gpu.
The model of my laptop is the Asus ROG Strix G732LWS_G732LWS.
Here are the benchbark results:

Let me know if u have any ideas that could fix this.
Also my laptop always is like at 80 degrees C.
I upgraded to win 11 and i had win 10, latest drivers.

are you using asus drivers? generic nvidia drivers on gaming laptops arent good for optimal notebook performance as those things are hardware customised and vendors have those changes adressed in theirs drivers, by using generic nvidia driver GPU may run sub par due to hardware changes done by ASUS

Well, the GPU test hasn't complete, which is why it doesn't register anything. Disable/Turn off any 3rd party overlays, like Steam/Origin/Fraps/MSI Afterburner. Then run the test again.

Keep in mind though UBM is not a bench. It only compares your system to others with similar hardware.

that should be due to msi afterburner/riva tunner crashing GPU test, but still some tests were done and it runs below 40fps...looks like driver or heating issue

how to install asus drivers, do i uninstall nvidia drivers?

Looks like you've a few things going on.

  1. XMP may not be on for your memory.
  2. Is your SSD/HDD full, or close to it? This could really slow down the drive.
  3. The Boost clocks for you CPU are way low. They should be up at about 4.9ghz, which is why your CPU score is down. This could be due to throttling, which is an issue with nearly all gaming laptops.

I tried turning on xmp and docp but i cant find any of the settings on the bios
My ssd has 300gb free
How do i fix that throttling????

By cleaning your laptop insides. You will have to take it apart. There will be guides for this on the web.

You may also have to repaste your CPU/GPU. This is tricky, but doable. If you're not comfortable with it, then bring to local repair store, and get them to do it for 20£$€.

Post a screenshot of CPU-z and the mem and SPD tabs.

So, your ram is running at rated speed. Although it's 1600mhz, that's DDR (Double Data Rate), which equates to 3200mhz.

Can you run Cinebench R23, along with HWInfo, and monitor what clockspeeds you are getting.

It sounds to me, that your CPU is throttling. You can download THrottlestop, and run it's built in bench. Along side it, open the limits pane. This will show if your CPU is throttling. IF any red lights go off (PL1/PL2/EDPOther) then you know your CPU is throttling.

if i'm thermal throttling what do i do? Just clean the laptop and put paste or i undervolt?
