my laptop bluetooth is not working always shows an error message.. "sending of file failed"

my laptop is toshiba c665-p5010 and OS is windows 7 professional..i installed the drivers and utilities for my laptop ..
(Atheros Bluetooth Filter Driver Package-v1.0.7,
Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba-v8.00.06(T))
but still i cannot send files using blue tooth..it always shows an error message

"sending of file failed"..
plz somebody help me ..

tried to send some music files to my mobile and is not working ..even i cannot send any files to any devices ..tried to send some word ,pdf documents to my sisters laptop(Dell) and also failed

yes..it worked for my previous OS.
my operating system was windows7 ultimate ..it got corrupted..
later I installed windows 7 professional ..my laptop is toshiba-satellite-c665-p5010
downloaded LAN driver using my sister's laptop and installed it in my laptop ...after that i can connect my broadband connection using my laptop..and downloaded all drivers and utilities from Toshiba India ..website and installed it in my laptop..

should i have to install anything else or have to uninstall anything..

did u see yellow signs in Device Manager.may work if you uninstall bluetooth device,reboot and let the windows automatically install right drivers and reboot again.
