my acer aspire v5 531 can't install windows xp .. after finish first step i get error message

It sounds like the classic XP/AHCI issue. Go into the bios and change AHCI to IDE. They might be labeled a little differently. For example, AHCI might be labeled SATA and IDE might be ATA or legacy.

I also seem to recall that some Acer models don't show this option until you set a bios password. If you don't see the option anywhere, try that.

first even i can't install windows xp .. but after i change ahci to ide i can install xp but after i install first step i get this error .. so i change another disc windows xp 64 bit and finally i can install .. i don't know disc problem or 32 bit problem ..

now my last problem is can't find VGA driver for windows xp 64 bit .. i try to install using Advanced Driver Updater but after restart pc my screen is all black .. so i boot with safe mode and restore point .. can u find for me driver or how i can install to VGA ? my laptop model is acer aspire v5 531

It actually was what FALCON said , it was a classic ACHI issue, however you seemed to have install XP in your laptop.
Now u mention, u are looking for a VGA drivers, there is no easy way for anyway to give you advice in this matter.
However download this tool from here:
http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

Run the program. it will give out the list of hardware your laptop consists of, give the Chipset model number and not the namem of the laptop, from there i can re-direct you to the correct VGA drivers to be downloaded.
