my laptop cant type because of shift

i have a Vaio windows 7. and a couple weeks ago, while chatting. I cannot type anything.. if I press H-history comes out...if I presss A what I typed will be highlighted... what should I do? please help me

Sounds like either your sticky keys are on or your shift key has stuck
you can check if its on from the accessibility section (it usually turns on if you press shift key 5 times)
