So I just fixed up a laptop that had a blown motherboard and webcam that I bought around October of 2012. The new motherboard runs flawlessly, and so does the webcam, but now I've got a new issue. Lol, so the display works, it turns on fine and seems to be securely connected, but it still shows the images stretched out and green with distortion. Now, I have taken the display out of its shell multiple times, so I'm not sure if it could be a loose cable on that end. It also runs fine on an external monitor, so I know that it's not an issue with the graphics card... I also don't want to spend 75 dollars on a new LCD Display, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks. 😀
