My Laptop does not play any games, and i cant update my graphics drivers. Asus G75VW, and GTX 660m graphics card.

once when i opened a game (world of warcraft) my laptop screen went dark and restarted itself, since then i was unable to play any games at all, i cant update my graphics card even though it has yellow exclamation mark, i cant use nvidia to update it either it just restarts the process over and over again, window borders are no longer see through and i cant change them, computer rating is unavailable either. can some 1 please help me out.

i have asus g75vw windows 7 64bit.

Uninstall the driver completely, Uninstall all Nvidia software... restart... Re-Install the software, Re-Install the driver. Try that. Best of luck

I am not an expert but I am guessing it could be a bad registry file, since you cannot fix it via an uninstall then re-install it. I am not sure how you would totally make sure to wipe out all drivers from existence, maybe try a system restore to a previous date before you had this problem? Or worst case scenario do a full computer wipe and re-install =/. I had a similar issue with my desktop PC when I tried to play the beta on Battlefield Hardline it broke my nvidia drivers, but a simple uninstall and re-install fixed my issue. Good luck to ya man.

Also just to clear the air you are removing them via the control panel -> programs and features and removing all instances of nvidia then rebooting before re-installing correct? Nvidia installs like 4-5 different things on your system, not trying to say your incompetent just giving some helpful troubleshooting =).
