Question my laptop doesn't read my windows flash drive setup

hi

im trying to install a new windows 10 instead of the current 8.1 i tried the usb drive in different pc and it booted fine but on my laptop each time i boot throw it it says checking the media in top corner then loads the already installed windows

Are you overriding the boot priority in the BIOS? Or just hoping it will boot from the USB?

i changed the boot priority to start with usb and also tried to F11 and choose to boot from usb but still nothing
