[SOLVED] My laptop doesn't seem to be using full bandwith when downloading.

I download large files very often, on a regular basis. I've noticed that it doesn't even download at 1 MB/s, and task manager shows I'm only getting around 3 Mbps. The only thing about that is when I run a speed test, task manager shows that I'm using about 15 Mbps, which is about my full bandwidth. My question is why doesn't chrome use my entire bandwidth when downloading?

Chrome has always been slow in downloads for me. Try a different program to download like Free Download Manager, it has an extension in Chrome so you can get that.
