My Laptop given message as below:This device (Seagate Backup Plus Desktop) is not working properly because Windows cannot load

I have bought Seagate Backup Plus Desktop External Disk Drive recently. No matter I tried, althougt I could feel the external disk is activate, can't see it appear in my laptop.

I have tried change the USB cable and also reboots my laptop. yet nothing happen.

Please help!

It may need a drive letter assigning to it: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/change-add-remove-drive-letter#1TC=windows-7
