Limited access on wifi, firewall not working, antivirus tells me error messages.. what happened?

I'm not an expert but my guess would be that you indeed have a computer virus. Are you able to run a scan on your antivirus?

Run a virus scan and a Malware scan (malwarebytes has a free version available)
