My laptop is a asus f 560ud

My hard drive randomly disappears from bios and it say no boot devices found.
After a couple of restarts it comes up.

After boot the hard drive is working fine I tried to crystal mark and all but the health comes up as ok.

Is your hard drive old ? say older then 1 or 2 years ?

Do you have a sata adapter that can be used to connect your laptop hard drive to a pc ?? if so, you could easily check if the your HDD is corrupt.

Check if you connected your HDD cable back properly and is not lose.

i personally haven't used crystal mark, so i don't have any information of what it can provide.
you should google and download "AIDA64" it's 30 days trial, install & run, go to storage compartment, look for "SMART" and see what aida reports, some times even SMART reports can be misleading, as the unit might have a mechanical problem, if it is a HDD and not SSD, or lose cable. but i would go w faulty HDD most likely.
