My laptop is blinking orange while I kept it for charge.but it's not on

Thoshiba laptop.its not on.and while I keep it for charge it shows orange blink.

Need some details, laptop brand/model, when you say "it's not on" do you mean it's not turning on at all even on wall power? What happens if you hit the power button, nothing at all? Did you try with no battery? Try different RAM? Remove the RAM and see if it beeps, if not, that is a sign the motherboard is bad.
