My Laptop is connected to wifi but the internet doesnt work

So this has been bugging me for a year when I finally got it fixed, and now its back. I can connect to an internet source through wifi and it says i'm connected. It says "Internet Access" and everything. However when I try and use the internet on ANY program it doesnt work. If I go into Network and Sharing Center it says that i'm actually not connected to the internet. I'm running a Windows 7 laptop. I managed to fix it by using an ethernet cable but lately it hasn't been working. Its not the result of my wifi because everything else I have can connect, other laptops, pcs and even phones. It's really been bugging me, it happens on every wifi I use. There has been many posts on these but none of them actually solve it. PLEASE HELP!!

PS. Don't say "Then how are you posting this!" because otherwise I will punch you in the face for your stupidity (i'm not in a good mood )

Is it ur AP or is it from somebody else?
Try to ping the default gateway. If u don't know how to do this please post it here.
If this succeed try to ping www.google.com

Nothing happens. I don't get any response. I have no internet access. I literally have none.
