Question My laptop is making a weird sound

I have a MSI GL 63 8 SE laptop, and like a month or 2 ago started to make the next sound.

I tought it was my hdd, even tho the sound was coming from the opposite part of the laptop I removed it and the sound was still there.
I'm not sure what can it be. Please help. Thanks!

Sorry for the late response, I didn't have the time to look into the laptop. The sound isn't close to any fan so that can't be the problem, it comes from somewhere in the middle of the laptop, a little to the right. Around there are the rams and the ssd, maybe others, I'm not that good with components. I watched some clips about coil whine and that's it, sounds similar, how can I prevent the sound is the next question?

If it is indeed coil while I don't think there is a thing you can do on a laptop.
Sometimes plugging and unplugging the power cord reduces the coil whine a bit.
