My laptop is not getting on, and I want to transfer all the data from taht laptop to my hard drive. But I don't know how?

You'd have to pull the hard drive out of the laptop, then use an adapter or an HDD enclosure to connect it to another computer. As long as the drive is okay, you should be able to access and transfer/backup your data.

You just need to know/find out whether your drive uses an IDE or a SATA connection.
