My laptop is running slow suddenly

Hello,

My VAIO laptop is basically the latest one. I7 radeon graphics Blue RAY full HD .. Games such as Hitman absolution ran smoothly .. Now suddenly it is running very slow and laggy even my warcraft 3 is lagging and impossible to play.. Can someone help me I would really appreciate it.
