[SOLVED] My laptop is stuck in a boot menu loop

Well, I was trying to make a clean update install of windows 10 in my laptop, but then came a problem with the partitions(that they had to be GPT but they were MBR). So I deleted them all(I entered the terminal and enter the clean command or something like that; I saw this on a youtube tutorial) and then I converted them to GPT. What happens when I restart the PC? I am stuck in the boot menu, trying to access anything will just reload it. The only way to go from there is to the options menu(the one with the gray background and also some blue and light blue ), but I do not know what to do there.
Before all this the computer was working well on windows 8

Plug in your Win10 install flash drive and boot from that. T
That 'Clean All' command completely wiped the drive so there is nothing on it to boot.
