Hey guys. This is the first time I've encountered this particular problem on my current laptop. For almost 2 hours, my laptop has been on 0% battery. It says that it's plugged in, but I don't know whether it's charging or not because it doesn't say "charging" or "not charging" next to where it says plugged in. My laptop is the ASUS X451CA and it operates Windows 10. I've had it for just slightly over two years now. The battery isn't one of the batteries where you can just easily take it out, it's one of those batteries where you have to unscrew the screws with a screwdriver to get it out. This isn't the first laptop where I've experience this problem, but it's the first time it's happened to me in years and I've completely forgotten what to do and how to fix the problem.

What should I do to fix this?
