[SOLVED] My laptop keeps on getting random BSOD.

I was just wondering if this random BSOD occurs bc of my motherboard or is it smth else. My laptop was initially windows 8.1. Later upgraded it to Windows 10.
CPU: Intel Core i5 5200U @2.20 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 920 M
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Inspiron 5558

try bluescreenview to have a look again

to have a look what the problem could be:

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I get like about 4 or 5 different types of bsods
mostly:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

says cpu performing below expectations
i'll go and try rest of the methods you mentioned, thank you. if none of them works then i have no other choice but go to a workshop and fix it.
 
the benchmark is fine, the CPU bench is lower because of the background you had while the benchmark was running.

reinstall all drivers of intel from the Dell support homepage.
