my laptop keeps shutting down when open due to virus in internet connectiion???

whenever I switch on my laptop a black bar appers at the bottom and laptop shuts down in seconds...but if I open laptop and disconnect it from internet then it works fine..what to do??

please help..

Boot it in safe mode and run a virus scanner post the results here
