My Laptop keeps throttling for some reason idk what is happening please help. normally i get about 70-80 fps on Tom Clancy The Division but every 5 minutes or so it lowers down to 20 fps for like a minute and comes back up for 20 sec and then drops back to 20 fps.it makes my game very hard to play. it not only the division it's also CSGO. i get 200+ fps on csgo but 10 min or so it goes down to 60-70 fps. does that mean my laptop is performing half its speed?
My laptop is A Inspiron 14 7447 Gaming laptop with a Nvedia GTX850m and a i7 processer with 8gb of ram.i pass the minimum require for both games. but i still have very strong fps issue? what is happening?

Throttling at laptops nine out of ten times is heat related. Probably you need to clean your laptop, especially if you have pets or leave in a dusty area. I would guess that the fans ramp up quite at hard even at idle loads.

yeah i have the fan thing that goes under my laptop. i only know how to game im not good at pc hardware and stuff any tips and advise's for me ?

If your laptop is under warranty i would talk with Dell, if not under warranty I'd take it to a good hardware shop. Generally it is not advised to 'open' your laptop. But before you do any of that you should use a hardware monitoring tool to check your temps while you gaming.

if i game for about an hour my cpu will be around 70-80 C. my laptop is under warrenty but im not in the country that i brought it in idk if that a issue.

The 80 C is quite high. Your laptop probably needs a little bit of cleaning. If you can contact the seller or dell and try to find an official technician that won't void you warranty. If you don't care about the warranty you could do it yourself. There should be some tutorials on the tube about opening your specific laptop. My suggestion though always is to take it to a decent professional.
