It's a brand new laptop, a Samsung one. I bought it 14 days ago. It doesn't happen all the time, but let's say every 50 letters I type, one or two will be double typed. It's not a specific key, but the whole keyboard. I tested it on both Windows 10 and Linux Mint.

If it's a new laptop, it could just need to be like "broken in". Years ago, I bought an ASUS laptop and the spacebar was always stuck and hard to press, but after a week or two of using it, it fixed itself. My point being, it may be that the keyboard is still new from the factory and needs to be broken in.

I would try rolling with it for a week or two and see if it gets any better. If not, I would definitely try asking here or somewhere that someone can troubleshoot it further.

At the very least, you could contact Samsung and see about getting a replacement with the warranty.
