Question My laptop keyboard isnt working

(If this isn't the right place for this please tell me I'll change it) So basically no matter what my keyboard laptop laptop's keyboard won't work. The red lights in they keys work fine but none of the keys work. I have tried looking for my keyboard drivers in my devices and hardware but it is nowhere to be found. I have tried rebooting it but it doesn't work. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help.

The driver is just a generic one, found under "Keyboards"; if you don't have a Keyboards entry in Device Manager, that's a good indication the keyboard is not detected. Try reconnecting the data cable for it. If that doesn't get it working, you'll likely have to replace it (worst case is it's a fault at the main board).
