my laptop keys are all mixed up

This morning I opened my laptop and used it and it was working fine! I am sorry there are no full stops I cant find it on the keyboard! Anyway i was writing on word and it asked me if i wanted to allow sticky fingers! I said yes! Then a few bad button choices later most of the number keys and a q z w and m have changed position! Please help me!

Its all fixed now. I turned it off and on again as the I.T. crowd would say to do. SORRY!
