Before 4 months , my compturer start laggin, first in video but after in all computer ( lag in games , when typing , in firefox , chrome .. ), I try

- Update graphic card
- Update VLC
- Try other software like MPCHC , codec Klite
-I have all update intalled succeful just one KB2505438 (but when i want install him , i have a message " my computer is not appropriate for this uptade " )
-I scan my laptop with Malwarebytes anti malware , and I have 0 virus
-I defrag my Hard drive and no result
- I cleaned my computer with ccleaner but no result
- I try to clean my fan but no result
- Update all my drivers


But what I notice is that my CPU is not exceeded 30%, even when a video is in the process of lager, the cpu to 4%, my DD turns about 38 C , when i start my computer , i have just MBAM and IDMAN which are executed and I have just 4% in CPU
When the laptop lagging when i play game (like football manager ) , my fan begins to accelerate.


Any solutions plz ?

Is your bios up to date? If not, go to hp, find your latest bios. Update and see if your laptop improves. If you can, have a backup of all your settings first as sometimes bios can make things worse (rare) but usually when you update everything else a lot if your bios is too outdated it usually makes things more stable and run more at an optimal level. Please keep us posted!

UPDATE: I may have misread. Is your laptop an hp? What is your laptop make and model? I see a ton of information but I'm not clear on that.
