Question My laptop learn's?

After i reinstalled windows 10 , games worked fine and smooth then after few time i started gettin low fps in csgo/pubg ,

any idea's why?

What laptop is this exactly?
Do you have latest drivers installed?
Usually the first cause of gradually deteriorating FPS in games can often be temperatures, have you monitored CPU and GPU temps under load?

im pretty sure my pc is up to date and thhis is a ss about temps just after a game load https://prnt.sc/p0gbez ,( if there is a cpu driver i m not sure if its up to date )
