Hi everyone so I have a very weird problem. Let me tell you all from the beginning. So my internet was functioning perfect and it was actually beyond good. So because my laptop was so old I bought a new one(Lenovo ideapad 310) .

When I arrived home and turned the laptop on(The people at the store installed the Windows)(It was windows 10)while i was downloading apps and setting the computer for myself it disconnected a few times. I didn't take it seriously at first but later on i found out that all devices diconnected. So when my pc connects to my Wi Fi it randomly makes internet disconnect on all devices including my pc.

I tried everything. I don't even remember how many times ı checked the drivers. No matter what i do it just keeps doing it.

PS:When my laptop is off internet is at avarage speed and it doesn't disconnect.

Check the wireless adapter's network configuration.

May not be correctly configured: e.g., may have been set up with a static ip matching the router. Or otherwise creating an IP address conflict.

Please run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the command prompt.

What make and model router (or modem/router) do you have?

Your computer/pc (Host Name = Melih) is using a PCIe Ethernet adapter for a wireless Ethernet connection to the router.

It is requesting an IP address from the router at 192.168.1.1 and being assigned a DHCP IP address of 192.168.1.27.

However, being DHCP that IP address can and will change.

First, if you do not have IPv6 service - uncheck that option in your network adapter settings.

Second, run and post the results of ipconfig from your Lenovo Ideapad 310.

I need to find the User Guide/Manual for your router and look at another wireless setting that caught my eye.

Not sure, to be honest, if the setting ("Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : home") is what it should be.

My thought is that the store people (no fault of theirs) used some default Windows configuration on the new laptop and that configuration is not applicable to your network.
