Question My Laptop Mic is not working and all the same with my earphones or headphones

I already tried watching all the youtube video about this like reinstalling the audio files and etc I also check my earphones and headphones on my pc if they are the faulty one but its working perfectly fine but here on my laptop without any plugged earphones/headphones/external mic It always record this kind of buzzing sound and its stuck nothing happens either I reinstall the files should I just format my laptop to fix this or there is anything I can do to fix this This just happens yesterday when I was working with the newly installed VoiceMod. I also I tried to use Voice Recorder and it captures only a Buzzing Sounds and not any single sounds that I make.

Here are the example once I open my Voice Recorder it captures only buzzing sounds without any plugged external mic and etc look at the circle 🙁 cuz I cant send the sound
