My laptop says it needs an administrators password and I don't no it what do I do

If it's not a log in issue, and you are simply trying to do something on the unit and it won't let you complete the action, you'll need to either go into User accounts in control panel and enable your current account as an administrator or disable UAC user account control to allow it to do whatever it is you're trying to do.

Disabling UAC makes your computer more vulnerable to malware or intrusions so be sure to set it back to one of the settings afterwards.
