My laptop says there are no connections available

Hello, I recently did a system recovery and reset it to factory defaults I have a Samsung 305V with Windows 7 I have hardwired it straight to my router and tried wireless and have reset both the modem and router several times also disabled the firewall, I can't find a solution :/

Under Network Adapters all it shows is bluetooth device
