My laptop screen broke and it won't connect to my monitor

I broke my laptop screen A few months ago and I got it back a few weeks ago. it worked fine but yesterday I turned it on and my monitor said no signal. I tried a different hdmi cable and it said no signal again. I also tried my sisters laptop and that connected just fine. I know my laptop is working becouse I can hear the startup sounds and there was nothing that happened that could of broken it since it was working. Please respond fast becouse I don't have enough money to get a new laptop or fix this one.

Well if it works on another system, but not on yours, try connecting a different monitor to yours to see if that one works. If not, you are probably going to have to replace, or have someone replace for you, the graphics card.
