Question My laptop screen issue

My laptop's screen light went at a time I thought the problem was on the screen I installed other screens, but the screen light still did not work.

Open the back of my laptop, pins leading to the screen 19 volt pin only when the screen was not 19 volt, but when the screen was inserted 3.8 Volt was falling . Where do you think the problem iş? Sorry about bad english

What is the brand and model number? How old is it? Did you do something with the laptop before this problem started?
Is there certain circumstances where the problem is not present, or less problematic than other?

A1W mosfet are death i will replace it i have qıestion laptop model is clevo w258hpq if i delete A1W its will work in Manuel Page 62
