My laptop starts to lag after 10 minutes.

Hello!
After a year of playing games on my laptop Insprion 17 5000 series (Dell) everything was working fine but about a month a go a laptop got a problem. After playing any game for about 10 minutes the game starts to lag insanely(from 120FPS to 30FPS on CS GO) but when I sign out and sign in everything is working fine but than again... I try cleaning laptop, scaning for virus, I even buy a cooler but nothing works. I also noticed that a laptop is working fine(with no lags) if I turn off my internet connection so I think it's a software problem.

It most likely means that the ping is very bad. Have you got all the latest drivers for your laptop and the game?

I have all the latest drivers but I don't think it's lagging because of the ping because even if I am playing the offline game it starts to lag just as long as I have the connection turn on.

What are the temperatures of the cpu and gpu while gaming?

The temperature of my cpu while gaming is around 70°C (Intel core i7-4510U 2.00GHz), the temperature of my gpu while gaming is around 60°C(GeForce 840M).

Have you scanned your hdd for bad sectors?

I scan my hdd with HD Tune and everything was okay.

try uninstall all network adaptors reboot and install them. You must remove them from device manager in my computer.

Have you checked the voltages and if it is using the max performance profile instead of the battery saving? Also you are sure that it is using the dgpu rather than the igpu?
