my laptop takes about 7-8 minutes when booting up.

my laptop takes a very long time at the point of were it says starting windows. i dont know what the problem is because when it is in safe mode it dosnt do this. i have alredy restored it to factory settings and the same thing keeps happening
these are my specs:
icore 3 processer
4GB of RAM
operrating system is 64-bit

If it does it after a factory reset, and before you install anything, it might be a hardware issue.
