My laptop touchpad touch system shutdown

My laptop (samsung sf-411) touch pad i can toch that immediatly the laptop shutdown please help me otherwise my laptop working very good at using the mouse when toch the pad not proper shutdown next second the system shutdown please help me

Hi,

If I understand the problem correctly the laptop shuts down when you press the touchpad or the touchpad won't work? If the problem is the laptop shuts down when using the touchpad I suggest to disable it by either going to Device Manager and disabling it from there. But if the problem is the touchpad isn't working go to Device Manager still and right click on the touchpad then select enable.
