My Laptop Turns off After Windows Boot Screen

I Turn on My Laptop and it Shows up to this

And i Pick Boot in Safe Mode,It does the booting in safe mode stuff,and after that it turns off.
I pick "Last known good configuration" and it goes to the Windows Xp boot screen then it turns off.
I pick "Start Windows Normally" and it goes to the Windows Xp boot screen again and it turns off.

Please Help Me With This Issue

In every mode how long your laptop remains On ???
what you have described seems to be an heating issue .which needs to be ruled out first
