My laptop updates from windows 8.1 to windows 10, and restarts again and again

Can you please pass on the make and model of your laptop?

Remove laptop battery and the connection from the wall and leave for a few minutes before reconnecting and trying to boot into OS. Can you get into BIOS? Have you tried sfc / scannow? I understand that you did an upgrade from 8.1 to 10 but did you manage to get the new OS running or has it been rebooting after migrating to Windows 10 from the get go?
