My laptop used to run all games smoothly

Hello people. I've noticed these past lets say about 7 months that my games are running kind of slow such as csgo, fortnite, gta, but it hasn't really bothered me since i have just lowered all settings (1400x1050 stretch while gaming and usually all graphics low except gta). But now it has really gotten irritating since even that gives less than 100 fps on many games. I dont want to play pixelated games either. Would some dust cleaning would help since I have never done that? I have also tried to reset my computer several times if viruses would've been the culprit, but it was still the same. Really hope you guys could help me, thanks in advance.

Cleaning the computer may undoubtedly improve the performance slightly, but that is the last thing you should consider doing. I am think that maybe your hard drive is full? Sometimes an antivirus or "cleaning" program can worsen your computer's performance as well.
