Question My laptop will only boot in safe mode

I was playing a video game yesterday (Blade & Soul) only for the game to freeze. I ended up turning off my laptop from the power button and ever since it stopped booting up correctly.



I can access my bios and windows troubleshooter just fine as well as the windows safe mode but whenever I try to boot it normally, it shows me the logo (asus ROG) and then just a black screen.



The model of my laptop is GL702VM-GC151T.



I'd like to note that I chose to shut down my laptop due to it being fairly hot, although I doubt anything fried.

Try a cold boot. Unplug the ac adapter, remove the battery and hold down the power button for about 10 seconds. Next, replace the battery and ac adapter if necessary and try to boot again.
